This Week’s Xbox One Sale Includes One Of 2019’s Best Games

GAMING

The weekly Xbox One Deals with Gold have been revealed, and if you wanted a reason to revisit an older game you love, then this sale might be for you. The majority of the discounts belong to DLC for some of the best games of recent years, but there are a few games on sale as well, including one of GameSpot's favourite games of last year.

A Plague Tale: Innocence is discounted to $20 for the next week. It was one of GameSpot's top 10 games of 2019 and received an 8/10 in GameSpot's A Plague Tale review. Last year's The Surge 2 is also discounted, as well as Tacoma, Another World, and The Shapeshifting Detective.

As for what occupies most of the sale, there are tons of season pass deals, in addition to the individual DLC packs that are included in them. The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt's expansion pass is on sale, in addition to Dark Souls III's season pass, The Division 2's Year 1 pass, and Rainbow Six Siege's Year 4 pass. Fighting game season passes are also discounted, including those for Dragon Ball FighterZ, Tekken 7, and Soulcalibur VI.

It's important to note that some of these deals are exclusive to Xbox Live Gold subscribers, including the discount on A Plague Tale. However, at this time, you can subscribe to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate for only $1 for your first month. Ultimate includes Xbox Live Gold, in addition to Game Pass for console and PC.
